Age Limit – 18 to 42 years as on 01.07.2020 (relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per Govt rules)
Educational Qualification – 12th Pass in Science (Biology Group) from Uttarakhand/ Uttar Pradesh Board or equivalent examination pass with 02 years Diploma in Ayurved/ Unani Pharmacist from any institute recognized by Uttarakhand Govt. Candidate must be registered in the Indian Medical Council Uttarakhand and in any of the Employment Offices of the State.
Preferential Qualification – Preference will be given to those candidates who have completed minimum 02 years service in Territorial Army or have NCC B Certificate or NSS C Certificate.

Ayurvedic Pharmacist Selection Process
Selection of candidates will be carried out through the Selection Committee on the basis of performance in diploma exam (the merit list will be prepared year-wise). Document verification (counselling) date, time, place and merit list etc will be informed through the official website.
The selection process will be completed as per the provisions contained in Uttarakhand Ayurvedic and Unani Pharmaceutical (Pharmacist) Service Rules 2009 and Uttarakhand Ayurvedic and Unani Pharmaceutical (Pharmacist) (Amendment) Service Rules 2010 by Uttarakhand Government Ayush and Ayush Education Section Notification No. 1125 / xxxx/ 2010-90/ 2010 Dated 25 Nov 2010.

Application Form, Required Documents and Notification
Eligible and desirous candidates may submit their applications for the Pharmacist Vacancies in the prescribed format downloaded from the official website uttarakhandayurved.in through the direct link below. You will have to send your application form complete in all respect along with two self-addressed envelopes of 23×10 Cms size affixed registered postal stamp and attested copies of following essential documents through Registered Post/ Speed Post addressed to:
“Director of Ayurved and Unani Services Uttarakhand, Danda Lakhond, Sahastradhara Road, near IT Park, Dehradun” or “निदेशक आयुर्वेदिक एवं यूनानी सेवायें उत्तराखण्ड, डाण्डा लखौण्ड, सहस्त्रघारा रोड, निकट आईटी पार्क, देहरादून”
Application fee:
GEN/ OBC candidates will have to pay Rs 150/- in the form of Bank Challan deposited in the name of “लेखाशीर्षक 0210-चिकित्सा तथा लोक स्वास्थ्य, 01 शहरी स्वास्थ्य सेवायें, 800-अन्य प्राप्तियां, 10-अन्य प्रकीर्ण प्राप्तियां आयुर्वेदिक”.

1. Caste/ Reservation certificate (issued by competent authority)
2. High-school/ Intermediate certificate and mark sheet
3. Date of birth certificate
4. Certificate and mark sheet of pharmacist training
5. Registration certificate of Medical Council of India, Uttarakhand
6. Permanent residence/ domicile certificate
7. Registration certificate of the Employment Office of Uttarakhand State
8. Character certificate – 2 (issued by Gazetted Officers)
9. Original bank challan of requisite fee
10. Two self-addressed envelopes of 23×10 Cms size affixed registered postal stamps
11. Other qualification certificate (if any)
