UKSSSC invited applications for filling up the following 60 Vacancies of Vyayam Prashikshak in Yuva Kalyan & Prantiya Rakshak Dal and Dr R S Tolia Uttarakhand Academy of Administration. All eligible candidates can apply online for the Vyayam Prashikshak Vacancies through the official website from 22nd Jan to 11th Feb 2024. Uttarakhand Vyayam Prashikshak Recruitment
उत्तराखण्ड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग द्वारा समूह ‘ग’ के अन्तर्गत युवा कल्याण एवं प्रान्तीय रक्षक दल विभाग में व्यायाम प्रशिक्षक के 59 रिक्त पदों तथा डॉ० आर० एस० टोलिया उत्तराखण्ड प्रशासन अकादमी, नैनीताल में व्यायाम प्रशिक्षक के 01 रिक्त पद अर्थात कुल 60 रिक्त पदों पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा चयन हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र आमन्त्रित किए गए हैं।
समूह ‘ग’ (Group C) के सीधी भर्ती के पदों पर भर्ती हेतु अभ्यर्थी का उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में स्थित किसी सेवायोजन कार्यालय में आवेदन-पत्र प्राप्ति की अंतिम तिथि तक पंजीकरण हुआ हो। अथवा अभ्यर्थी उत्तराखण्ड राज्य का मूल निवास/ स्थाई निवास प्रमाण-पत्र धारक हो। अथवा अभ्यर्थी के पास उत्तराखण्ड राज्य का मूल निवास/ स्थाई निवास प्रमाण-पत्र न होने की स्थिति में अभ्यर्थी द्वारा अपनी हाई स्कूल या इण्टरमीडिएट या इसके समकक्ष स्तर की शिक्षा उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में स्थित मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थानों से उत्तीर्ण की गई हो।

Educational Qualification – Graduate from a recognized university and Diploma in Training (Coaching) from NIS Patiala or any other NIS Institute affiliated to it or Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Coaching awarded by Laxmibai National Institute of Physical Education (Deemed University), Gwalior. OR
B.P.Ed/ D.P.Ed/ B.P.E with National level representation in rural sports competitions, or representation at the national level on behalf of the state’s school in the All India School Sports Competition, or participation as a member (player) of the university team in inter-university sports competitions.
Preferential qualification – Preference will be given to those candidates who have served in Territorial Army for a minimum period of 02 years OR who have obtained B/ C Certificate of National Cadet Corps (NCC) OR who have experience of youth work relevant to the post or have proficiency in sports.

शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा :-
1. पुरूष अभ्यर्थियों के लिए :-
भारतीय व्यायाम – मलखंभ : 25 अंक, आसन : 25 अंक, मुगदर : 25 अंक। अभ्यर्थी को तीनों मदों में न्यूनतम 50 अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है।
जिम्नास्टिक – पैरेलल-बार : 25 अंक, हॉरिजेन्टल बार : 25 अंक, वाल्टिंग हॉर्स : 25 अंक, पामेल्ड हॉर्स : 25 अंक, फ्लोर एक्सरसाईज : 25 अंक। अभ्यर्थी को समस्त पांच मदों में न्यूनतम 75 अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है।
2. महिला अभ्यर्थियों के लिए :-
भारतीय व्यायाम – आसन : 25 अंक, मुगदर : 25 अंक। अभ्यर्थी को दोनों मदों में न्यूनतम 33 अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है।
जिम्नास्टिक – वाल्टिंग हॉर्स : 25 अंक, फ्लोर एक्सरसाईज : 25 अंक, बैलेंसिंग बीम : 25 अंक, अन इवन बार : 25 अंक। अभ्यर्थी को समस्त चार मदों में न्यूनतम 60 अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है।

Vyayam Prashikshak Selection Process and Exam Pattern
The selection process for the posts of Vyayam Prashikshak (Yuva Kalyan & Prantiya Rakshak Dal) consists of physical tests followed by written exam of maximum 100 Marks. While for the post of Vyayam Prashikshak (Dr. R S Tolia Uttarakhand Academy of Administration), the selection process consists of only written exam of maximum 100 Marks.
For the posts of Vyayam Prashikshak (Yuva Kalyan & Prantiya Rakshak Dal), the written exam will be conducted after the physical measurement and physical efficiency test of the candidates.
The question paper will be of 02 Hours duration and consist of total 100 Objective Type Multiple Choice questions based on educational qualification for the post. Minimum 45 marks for GEN/ EWS/ OBC and 35 marks for SC/ ST candidates are required to qualify in the written exam. Negative marking of ¼ marks will be applicable for every wrong answer given by candidates.
The written exam for the post of UKSSSC Vyayam Prashikshak is scheduled to be held during the month of March 2024 (see exam calendar). Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission is now conducting online exam along with the offline exam. Therefore, the exam may be conducted either offline or online.
For selection, final merit will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination subject to document verification. In the case of obtaining similar marks by two or more candidates, the merit will be determined on the basis of higher age.

UNIT 1 (Nature, Scope and Significance) – Physical Education- Meaning, Definition, Aims and Objectives and Scope, Need and Importance of Physical Education; History of Physical Education in India- Pre Independence and Post-Independence; Development of Physical Education; Greece; Rome; Germany; Sweden.
Philosophy of Physical Education- Idealism, Naturalism, Realism & Pragmatism; Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, National Games & SAF games; Indian Olympic Association; International Olympic Committee; Physical Education and Sports Institution in India- YMCA, HVPM, LNIPE, NSNIS Patiala & SAI; Sports Coaching Schemes their functions & objectives- Raj Kumari Amrit Kaur Sports Coaching scheme; Honors and Awardees.

Eligible and interested candidates are required to register and submit online application form for the Uttarakhand Vyayam Prashikshak Recruitment through the website sssc.uk.gov.in from 22nd Jan to 11th Feb 2024. After successful submission of online form, take a print out of the computer generated application for record.
