Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
In the PET event, 3.2 Kms race will be conducted and you will have to complete it within the time duration of maximum 14 Minutes. PET for SSB Head Constable (HC), Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI), Sub Inspector (SI) will be of qualifying nature.
Race – 3.2 Kms in 14 Minutes
Required Physical Standards
In the Physical Standard Test (PST), candidates will have to undergo Height, Chest and Weight measurement. Category wise required Physical Standards for HC (Comm), ASI (Comm) and SI (Comm) is given below.
Garhwali, Kumaoni, Gorkha, Dogra & Maratha and candidates belonging to Sikkim, Leh & Ladakh, Kashmir Valley, North-Eastern State (Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Assam etc) and Himachal Pradesh – Height: 165 Cms and Chest: 78-83 Cms
ST/ Adivasis – Height: 162.5 Cms and Chest: 76-81 Cms
All other candidates – Height: 170 Cms and Chest: 80-85 Cms
Weight – Proportionate to height and age (see recruitment notice)

SSB Communication Admit Card and Candidates list
SSB HC ASI SI Communication Exam Admit Card (Call letter) and eligible candidates lists are available to download online. All applicants may check eligible candidates lists (PET PST Result) and then download the Admit Card for SSB HC (Communication), ASI (Communication) and SI (Communication) from the official website www.ssbrectt.gov.in or directly through the link provided below.
SSB has already sent Admit Card or Call letter to all eligible candidates on their postal address as mentioned by candidates in applications. In case of non receipt of Admit Card by Post, you may report at the concerned Recruitment Exam Centre with the online downloaded Admit Card.
