Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University, Badshahithol (Tehri Garhwal) invites online applications for the UG/PG Semester (Even/ Odd), NEP and Annual System Main/ Improvement/ Ex/ Back Paper for Basic and Professional Courses Examination. All students can submit online exam form for the SDSUV BA, BSc, BCom, MA, MSc, MCom etc through the University website www.sdsuv.ac.in or Samarth Portal sdsuv.samarth.ac.in as per the schedule. SDSUV Exam form Online 2025-2026 Semester/ Annual/ Main/ Improvement/ Ex/ Back Paper as fee, submission process, dates, scheme, admit card etc is given below.
SDSUV UG/PG Semester and Annual Exam Form
SDSUV Online application form for main and improvement exams of UG/PG Even Semester (2nd, 4th and 6th) and Annual exams of main and ex students (2nd and 3rd Year 2024-2025) are available from 15th April to 25th April 2025. All aspirants can submit their exam form through online mode as per the instructions below.

The application forms are open for students of main and improvement examinations of all the basic courses of Shri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University conducted in Even semesters of UG and PG classes, such as second, fourth and sixth sem. The forms are also open for main and ex-students exams of 2nd and 3rd Year 2024-25 conducted in Annual System.
Exam form for the UG/PG 2nd and 4th Semester Main/ Improvement/ Back/ Ex students will be filled by the concerned college through the Samarth Portal sdsuv.samarth.ac.in.
Exam form for NEP UG 6th Semester (Rishikesh/ Gopeshwar) and Annual System (2nd and 3rd Year 2024-2025) Main/ Improvement/ Back/ Ex students will be filled through the SDSUV Portal sdsuvexam.org. These students can fill the exam form online by getting their login id and password from their college.

Examination fee – Details of SDSUV Examination application fee are as follows:
For NEP 2nd & 4th Semester and Ex-students – Rs. 960
For NEP 6th Semester students – Rs. 1360 (written and short research exam fee Rs. 960 + Degree fee Rs. 400)
For UG 6th Semester (Rishikesh/ Gopeshwar) (Non NEP) – Rs. 1300 (Exam fee Rs. 900 + Degree fee Rs. 400)
For PG 2nd Semester and Ex-students – Rs. 1160 (Exam fee)
For PG 4th Semester students – Rs. 1560 (Exam fee Rs. 1160 + Degree fee Rs. 400)
For Annual System (2nd Year students) – Rs. 1200 (Exam fee)
For Annual System (3rd Year and Ex-students) – Rs. 1600.00 (Exam fee Rs. 1200 + Degree fee Rs. 400)
Back Exam for UG/PG Semester System and UG NEP – Rs. 500 (Back exam fee all papers)
All students appearing in the last year of the exam or the last semester exam (after which they are to be granted the degree) are required to pay Rs 400.00 (four hundred rupees only) as Degree fee.
The requisite fee can be remitted through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI.

The students can submit SDSUV Exam form online through the University website sdsuvexam.org or Samarth Portal sdsuv.samarth.ac.in directly through the links below from 15th Apr to 25th Apr 2025. Keep ready your login id, password and scanned copy of their latest photograph & signature for uploading while submitting the online application form. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions carefully and fill all the required details while submitting SDSUV online application form.
After submission of online form & fee payment, take printout of the system generated application form and submit University & College copy to the examination center along with self-attested copies of all the required documents (mark sheets, certificates etc) and forwarding fee, if applicable.

Important Steps for Submitting SDSUV Online form
- Step 1: Getting your login id and password from college or find your registration number using mobile number/ roll number (for Old Students). Registration will be done by college only.
- Step 2: Submit application form for Semester/ Main Exam (BA/ BSc/ BCom/ MA/ MSc/ MCom/ BEd etc) using Enrollment number and Roll number of passed year.
- Step 3: Pay the examination fee after submission of form.
- Step 4: Take printout of application form (System generated form).
- Step 5: Submit printout of application form to the examination center/ university along with all required documents and forwarding fee, if applicable.

Fill the online form, wait for 24 hours, then go to the website again, click on pay fees, pay through e-challan or online from your ATM card, then wait for 24 to 48 hours then visit website again and take the printout, keep student copy with you and submit the rest at your exam centre. SIMPLE
