UKSSSC has released notification for 136 Vacancies of Pashudhan Prasar Adhikari, Sahayak Prashikshan Adhikari, Adhidarshak/ Pradarshak (Resham) and Nirikshak (Resham). All eligible candidates can apply online for the Group C (Samuh G) Vacancies of Livestock Extension Officer (LEO), Asst Training Officer, Exhibitor and Inspector (Silk) through sssc.uk.gov.in from 10th Jan to 30th Jan 2024. उत्तराखण्ड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग द्वारा समूह ‘ग’ के अन्तर्गत पशुपालन विभाग में पशुधन प्रसार अधिकारी के 120 रिक्त पदों, उद्यान एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण विभाग में सहायक प्रशिक्षण अधिकारी (रसायन शाखा) के 03 रिक्त पदों, रेशम विकास विभाग में अधिदर्शक/ प्रदर्शक (रेशम) के 10 रिक्त पदों तथा रेशम विकास विभाग में निरीक्षक (रेशम) के 03 रिक्त पदों, अर्थात कुल 136 रिक्त पदों पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा चयन हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र आमन्त्रित किए गए हैं।

Group C (समूह ‘ग’) के सीधी भर्ती के निम्नलिखित पदों पर भर्ती हेतु अभ्यर्थी का उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में स्थित किसी सेवायोजन कार्यालय में आवेदन-पत्र प्राप्ति की अंतिम तिथि तक पंजीकरण हुआ हो, या अभ्यर्थी उत्तराखण्ड राज्य का मूल निवास स्थाई निवास प्रमाण-पत्र धारक हो, या अभ्यर्थी के पास उत्तराखण्ड राज्य का मूल निवास/ स्थाई निवास प्रमाण-पत्र न होने की स्थिति में अभ्यर्थी द्वारा अपनी हाई स्कूल या इण्टरमीडिएट अथवा इसके समकक्ष स्तर की शिक्षा उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में स्थित मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थानों से उत्तीर्ण की गई हो।

1. Pashudhan Prasar Adhikari:

• Post Name – पशुधन प्रसार अधिकारी (अराजपत्रित/ अस्थायी/ अंशदायी पेंशनयुक्त)।
• Department – Pashupalan Vibhag Uttarakhand.
• Pay Scale – Rs 35400-112400 (Level-06).
• Number of Vacancies – 120 Posts [Direct: 108 Posts (GEN-58, EWS-10, SC-21, ST-04, OBC-15) and Departmental: 12 Posts (GEN-08, SC-03, OBC-01)].
• Age Limit – 21 to 42 years as 01.01.2024 (relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Govt rules).
• Educational Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/ Agriculture/ Animal Husbandry from a recognized University and Intermediate with Biology/ Agriculture for departmental candidates.

2. Sahayak Prashikshan Adhikari (Chemistry):

• Post Name – सहायक प्रशिक्षण अधिकारी, रसायन शाखा (अराजपत्रित/ स्थायी/ अंशदायी पेंशनयुक्त)।
• Department – Horticulture and Food Processing Department.
• Pay Scale – Rs 29200-92300 (Level-05).
• Number of Vacancies – 03 Posts (GEN-01, SC-01, EWS-01).
• Age Limit – 21 to 42 years as 01.01.2024 (relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Govt rules).
• Educational Qualification – B.Sc or B.Sc (Agriculture) with Chemistry or Land/ Soil Chemistry or Agricultural Chemistry from a recognized University or Institute.

3. Adhidarshak/ Pradarshak (Resham):

• Post Name – अधिदर्शक/ प्रदर्शक (रेशम) (अराजपत्रित/ स्थायी/ अंशदायी पेंशनयुक्त)।
• Department – Silk Development Department.
• Pay Scale – Rs 19900-63200 (Level-02).
• Number of Vacancies – 10 Posts (GEN-06, SC-03, ST-01).
• Age Limit – 18 to 42 years as 01.01.2024 (relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Govt rules).
• Educational Qualification – 12th Pass (Intermediate) with Biology or Agriculture from Uttarakhand Board/ Uttar Pradesh Board.

4. Nirikshak (Resham):

• Post Name – निरीक्षक (रेशम) (अराजपत्रित/ स्थायी/ अंशदायी पेंशनयुक्त)।
• Department – Silk Development Department.
• Pay Scale – Rs 29200-92300 (Level-05).
• Number of Vacancies – 03 Posts (GEN-02, ST-01).
• Age Limit – 21 to 42 years as 01.01.2024 (relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Govt rules).
• Educational Qualification – B.Sc (Biology or Agriculture) from a recognized University and preferably M.Sc (Zoology) in which Entomology is a subject or M.Sc (Agriculture) or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

अधिमानी अर्हताएं (सभी पदों के लिए) – अन्य बातों के समान हाने पर, सीधी भर्ती के मामले में ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को अधिमान दिया जायेगा जिसने:-
1. प्रादेशिक सेना मे दो वर्ष की न्यूनतम अवधि तक सेवा की हो, या
2. राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर का ‘बी’ प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त किया हो।

Selection Process and Exam Syllabus

The recruitment process for Uttarakhand Pashudhan Prasar Adhikari and other posts consists of objective Type written exam (100 Marks) scheduled to be held during the month of Feb 2024 (tentative). The Question paper will be of 02 Hours duration and will consist of 100 Objective Type Multiple Choice questions based on Biology/ Agriculture/ Animal Husbandry subjects as per the post.

Minimum 45 Marks for GEN/ EWS/ OBC and 35 Marks for SC/ST are required to qualify in the written exam. Negative marking of ¼ marks will be applicable for every wrong answer given by candidates. For selection, merit will be determined on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination. In the case of obtaining similar marks by two or more candidates, the merit will be determined on the basis of higher age.

Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) is now conducting online exam along with offline exam. Therefore, this test can be done either offline or online.
