Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is an Autonomous Organization under the Ministry of Education, Govt of India. It has its Headquarters office at New Delhi and has 25 Regional offices located at Agra, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Ernakulam, Gurgaon, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkatta, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi, Silchar, Tinsukia and Varanasi. Stenographer Grade-II

Educational Qualification – 12th Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University and Skill test Norms- Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 w.p.m and Transcription: 50 minutes (Eng) 65 minutes (Hindi) on computer.
Age Limit – Maximum 27 years

KVS Selection and Recruitment Process

The selection process consists of written examination and class demo/ interview/ skill test (as applicable). Written exam for all the posts will be conducted as per the Syllabus (Scheme) and Exam Dates (Schedule) fixed by KVS.

The final merit lists of Assistant Commissioner, Principal, Vice Principal, PGT, TGT, Librarian and PRT (Music) will be based on the performance of the candidates in written test, interview and performance test (wherever applicable).

For the posts of Stenographer Gr II and LDC, candidates have to qualify in shorthand/ typing (wherever applicable). There will be no interview for the posts of Assistant Section Officer, Senior Secretariat Assistant, Stenographer Grade-II and Junior Secretariat Assistant.

Eligible and interested candidates will have to register and submit online form for the KVS PGT TGT PRT and Other Vacancies through the website kvsangathan.nic.in from 05th Dec to 26th Dec 2022. After submission of online form, candidates are required to take a print out of the computer generated application form for record. You are not required to send the printout of the online application or any other documents to Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) by Post.
