Kumaun University B.Ed Entrance Exam Pattern

B.Ed Entrance Exam comprises of 03 Papers (1st, 2nd and 3rd) as per the following pattern:
First Paper (Code B1): Language Test (Hindi / English)
The first paper will be of total 100 Marks and 1.30 hours duration. It’s compulsory paper for all the candidates.

Second Paper (Code B2): General Knowledge and Reasoning Test
The second paper has the same pattern as paper first. The second paper will also be of total 100 Marks and 1.30 hours duration. It’s also a compulsory paper for all the candidates.

Third Paper (Code B3):
Part 1: Aptitude Test
The third paper (part 1) will be of total 100 Marks and 45 minutes duration. It’s a compulsory paper for all the candidates.
Part 2: Optional Paper
The third paper (part 2) will be of total 100 Marks and 45 minutes duration. It’s an optional paper i.e. candidates will have to select Science Group / Arts Group / Commerce Group as an optional paper.

Qualifying Marks for B.Ed Entrance

B1 + B2: 80 Marks and B3 Part 1 + B3 Part 2: 80 Marks
Reserved Category:
B1 + B2: 54 Marks and B3 Part 1 + B3 Part 2: 54 Marks

Kumaun University M.Ed Entrance Exam Pattern

The M.Ed Entrance consists of a single paper of 150 Marks and 02 hours duration. The question paper comprises of Objective Type questions based on B.Ed Syllabus as per the pattern/ paper below.
