Indian Navy introduced a common registration system for eligible candidates to join as an Agniveer (SSR/ MR) under Agnipath Scheme or as an Officer (Executive, Engineering, Electrical, Education & Medical). Indian Navy Online Registration Form and Eligibility

As per the Agnipath Scheme, the Agniveers will be enrolled in the Indian Navy for a period of 04 years. On completion of 04 years of service, based on organization’s requirements and policies, Agniveers will be offered an opportunity to apply for permanent enrolment (Regular Cadre) in the Indian Navy.

The applications for regular cadre will be considered in centralized manner based on objective criteria including performance during their 04 years engagement period. Up to 25% of each specific batch of Agniveers will be enrolled in Indian Navy for further re-engagement as Sailor (Regular Cadre).

Check Eligibility for Indian Navy Recruitment

You can check your eligibility online to ensure to pursue a career as Agniveer/ Sailor or Officer in the Indian Navy based on your qualification. To check eligibility online through official website, open the Am I Eligible or Eligibility form page and submit the required data as Date of Birth, Gender, Highest Qualification and Stream. Then click on Check My eligibility Now button and you’ll get current post category or entry/ batch course details for which you’re eligible as per your qualification.

Indian Navy Agniveer Educational Qualification and Age Limit:

Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) – 12th Pass (10+2) with Mathematics, Physics and at least one of these subjects: Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science from an educational board recognized by Ministry of Education, Govt of India.

Metric Recruits (MR) – 10th Pass (Matriculation) from the Boards of School Education recognised by Ministry of Education, Govt of India.

Age Limit (SSR and MR) – Candidate should be between 17½ years to 21 years on the day of enrolment.

Join Indian Navy Online Registration

Online Registration process has been made compulsory for all the candidates before submitting applications for any recruitment under Agniveer Entry (SSR/ MR) and Officer Entry (Executive, Engineering, Electrical, Education & Medical).

After the registration process you can apply to join the Indian Navy and can monitor status of your applications submitted to Indian Navy Recruitment. Also, after the one time registration you may get alerts (notification) about the entry openings or recruitment updates on your registered Email ID/ Mobile number.

Agniveer SSR/ MR Registration

To register yourself for Indian Navy SSR/MR Recruitment, firstly you’ll have to Signup or Create an account on the official website agniveernavy.cdac.in. Open the SignUp or Account Information page and enter your Email, Mobile Number, Name, Parent Name, Nationality & Captcha Text and then click on Register button. If all the details filled here are correct, click OK to proceed. An email will be sent to verify your email provided here.

Thereafter you will receive an verification link to the email which was registered during Sign Up. Open your mailbox and click on the verification link. It will redirect to the page where you will have to verify your Mobile Number.

After successful verification of the mobile number, you may login to fill the application form to apply for the enrolment. Login using your registered Email ID & Password and then click on the ‘Click here to Fill Details’ button to proceed with the registration process.

Officer Entry Registration

To register yourself for Indian Navy Officer Recruitment, firstly you’ll have to create an account on the official website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in. Open the Create Account or Registration page and select Register with Aadhaar Virtual ID or Register without Aadhaar.

If you have your Aadhaar number then you will have to generate your 16 Digits Aadhaar Virtual ID (VID) from Aadhaar website. In case you don’t have your Aadhaar number then you can register using any Govt Issued Photo ID like Voter ID, Driving license, PAN Card, 10th/12th certificate etc.

Thereafter submit the required data in the Registration form as Personal details (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Marital Status), Educational details (qualification as 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 12th, BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BE, B.Tech, BCA, LLB, MA, M.Tech, MCA, MBA) and Account details (Email ID & Password).

After filling all the required details correctly click on save button. Now you’ll get Email verification link on your E-mail ID. Open your Email Inbox and click on the given link to verify/ confirm your Email ID. After confirmation of your Email ID, Login to Join Indian Navy website using Email Address and Password. Now you may access your account, profile and application form for current officer entries based on your qualification.

How to Submit Online Application form

You can submit Online Application form after the publication of advertisement for current Batch Course for Agniveer Entry/ Officer Entry. You will be notified about the entry openings on your registered Email ID/ Mobile number too.

Agniveer SSR/MR Application form – For submitting the Indian Navy Agniveer SSR/MR Application form, go to the Agniveer Navy Login Page and login using your Email ID and Password. Now find relevant link to submit online application for any opened batch course.

You will have to fill all the information like Personal information, Communication details, Educational qualification, Exam city preference, Additional information, MR preference and upload scanned copies of photograph & signature, 10th mark sheet & certificate, 12th mark sheet & certificate, domicile certificate etc required documents (as applicable) and then pay application fee through payment gateway.

Officer Entry Application form – For submitting the Indian Navy Officer Entry Application form, open the Join Indian Navy Login Page and login using your Email ID and Password. Now open Current Opportunities (see left sidebar) and click on relevant link to submit online application for any opened entries.

Fill up your personal details, Educational details and upload scanned copies of photograph, 10th mark sheet & certificate, 12th mark sheet & certificate, degree/diploma certificate, domicile certificate etc required documents (as applicable) to submit online application form for the Officer Entry.

Important Information:
1. Mobile phones or any other communication devices will not be allowed inside the premises where the examination is being conducted. Any infringement of these instructions will entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.
2. Candidates are strongly advised to apply online well in time without waiting for the last date for submission of online application.
3. No candidate should misbehave in any manner or create disorderly scene in examination premises. This will entail disqualification.
4. Candidates should avoid submitting multiple applications. If more than one application is received from a candidate, his candidature will be cancelled.
5. The decision of the Indian Navy as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate at every stage of recruitment will be final.
6. Wrong information about domicile certificate will result in cancellation of candidature at any stage of recruitment, training and thereafter.
