Indian Army invited applications from 12th pass candidates for Technical Entry Scheme Course for the Grant of Permanent Commission in the Army. The TES-53 course will commence from Jul 2025 for recruitment in the rank of Lieutenant after completion of 4 years of Basic Military and Technical Training. Eligible candidates can apply online for the Indian Army TES Bharti Vacancies up to 05th Nov 2024. Indian Army TES Entry Technical Entry Scheme
Total Number of Vacancies – 90 Posts (The Vacancies are provisional and can be changed depending on the training capacity at the Cadets Training Wings for this course).
Age Limit – 16½ years to 19½ years i.e. the candidate should not be born before 02 Jan 2006 and not after 01 Jan 2009 (both days inclusive).
Educational Qualification – 10+2/ 12th Pass/ Intermediate examination pass or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Education Board. Candidate must have appeared in JEE (Mains) 2024 examination.
Nationality – Candidate must be a citizen of India OR A subject of Nepal OR A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Military Service Pay (MSP) @ ₹15,500/- per month (fixed) will be admissible to the Officers from the rank of Lieutenant to Brigadier. Allowances include DA, Kit Maintenance, Field Area Allowances, Uniform Allowance, High Altitude Allowance, Siachen Allowance, Ration in Kind, TA, Children Education Allowance etc as applicable.

Indian Army TES Selection Procedure
Candidates will be shortlisted for the recruitment process on the basis of cut off percentage applied as decided by the Integrated HQ of MoD (Army). Selection Centre allotment and SSB dates information will be intimated via Email/SMS to shortlisted candidates.
Thereafter shortlisted candidates will have to undergo Services Selection Board (SSB) interview at one of the Selection Centres i.e. Prayagraj (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bengaluru (Karnataka) or Jalandhar (Punjab) by Psychologist, Group Testing Officer and Interviewing Officer.
For selection, a merit will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates at SSB Interview depending on the training capacity at the Cadets Training Wings for this course, subject to meeting all eligibility criteria.
Candidates recommended by the SSBs will be required to fill three choices (i.e. CTW, CME Pune, CTW, MCTE Mhow & CTW, MCEME Secunderabad) for respective Cadets Training Wings.
The training will be for a total of 4 years and will be completed in two phases. In the first phase, you have to undergo Integrated Basic Military Training & Engineering Training at CME, Pune/ MCTE, Mhow/ MCEME, Secunderabad for 03 years.
While in the second phase, you will be given Integrated Basic Military Training & Engineering Training for 01 year at IMA, Dehradun or designated PCTA (Pre Commission Training Academy).

Online Application, Important Dates and Notification
Eligible and desirous unmarried male candidates can submit online application form for the Indian Army TES Recruitment Officer Entry Vacancies through the website joinindianarmy.nic.in from 07th Oct to 05th Nov 2024.
After successful submission of online application, candidates are required to take two copies of the system generated application and the Roll Number. One copy of the print out application is required for the SSB Interview and the second copy for record/reference.
The printout of the application form is not required to send to DG Rtg/ Rtg Directorate. Candidates are advised to go through the official notification by downloading from the link below.

- 20 copies of self attested Passport size photograph.
