Indian Air Force (IAF) Airmen recruitment rally for eligible unmarried male candidates from all the districts of Arunachal Pradesh will be held at Rajiv Gandhi Government Polytechnic, Itanagar (AR). The Recruitment Rally for Group Y Non Technical (Automobile Technician and IAF Police) Trades will be conducted from 13 October to 15 October 2018. Indian Air Force Itanagar AR Airmen Recruitment
Age Limit – Candidates should be born between 14 July 1998 and 26 June 2002 (both days inclusive).
Educational Qualification – Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent examination pass in any stream/ subjects with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

Physical Standards
Height:
Auto Tech – 165 Cms (162.5 Cms for NE & Hill States)
IAF (P) – 175 Cms (including NE & Hill States)
Chest: Minimum 5 Cms expansion
Weight: Proportionate to height and age
Selection and Recruitment Procedure
The selection process will consist of Verification of eligibility, Physical fitness test (PFT), Written test, Adaptability test-1, Adaptability test-2 and Medical examination. The PFT will consist of 1.6 Kms Run within 06.30 Minutes, 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups and 20 Squats. For Selection, Provisional Select List (PSL) will be prepared and the inclusion of candidates in PSL will depend upon their performance in the recruitment rally. The AISL/ PSL will be published at 11 Airmen Selection Centre, VIP Chowk, Borjhar, Guwahati, Assam – 781015 on 30th April 2019.

How to Apply
Eligible and interested candidates from any districts of Arunachal Pradesh may directly appear in the IAF Itanagar Recruitment Rally for Auto Technician and Indian Air Force Police trades. Candidates are required to report at Rajiv Gandhi Government Polytechnic, Itanagar (AR) between 06 AM – 10 AM on 13 October 2018 as per the selection programme (schedule) below.

Districts – All districts of Arunachal Pradesh (Changlang, Tirap, Anjaw, Lohit, Upper Dibang Valley, Lower Dibang Valley, West Siang, East Siang, Lower Subansiri, Upper Siang, Kurung Kumey, Upper Subansiri, East Kameng, Papum Pare, Tawang and West Kameng)
Reporting time – Between 06 AM to 10 AM
13 October 2018 – Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Written Test
14 October 2018 – Adaptability Test 1 and Adaptability Test 2
15 October 2018 – Reserve Day
