Age Limit
(As on 01 Oct 2018)
Soldier GD: 17½ to 21 Years
Soldier Clerk/ SKT, Technical, Tradesmen: 17½ to 23 Years

Educational Qualification

Soldier GD: 10th pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. In case of 12th and higher education, stipulation of percentage is waived off.
Soldier Clerk/ SKT: 12th pass with 60% Marks in aggregate (minimum 50% Marks in each subject) and have studied English & Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class 12th or 10th
Soldier Technical: 12th pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English with minimum 50% Marks in aggregate and minimum 40% Marks in each subject.
Tradesmen: 10th pass/ ITI (08th pass for Mess Keeper and House Keeper)

Bharti Registration, Admit Card and Notification
All eligible & interested candidates may register online applications for Army Recruiting Office (ARO) Shimla (HP) Bharti Rally through the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in from 04 March to 17 April 2018. Candidates belonging to the Shimla, Kinnaur, Solan and Sirmaur (Sirmour) districts under ARO Shimla (HP) are eligible for this open bharti rally. After the registration and submission of online form you may appear in the open rally at Military Camp near Rampur Bushahr, Shimla (HP) on respective dates as given in admit card only. The Admit Card (Call letter) will be available online to download after 18 April 2018.

• Sports / NCC / ITI / Computer Course Certificate (if any)
• Relationship Certificate (if applicable)
• 20 Copies of passport size photographs
• ID proof (Aadhar Card and Pan Card)
• Admit Card and Affidavit
