Educational Qualification
Station Officer (Fire Supervisor Trade) – 12th Pass with relevant course from Defence Institute of Fire Research Ministry of Defence, New Delhi or from National Fire Service College, Nagpur.
All other posts – 10th Pass (Matriculation) with proficiency/ experience in relevant trade.
Recruitment and Selection Procedure
The selection process will consist of Physical test (for Fire Engine Driver and Fireman) and Written test and Practical/ Trade test. The recruitment tests will be conducted at Narangi Cantt, Guwahati (Assam) location on dates as mentioned on acknowledgement card (admit card/ call letter). Final selection of candidates will be based on the merit.

Envelope containing application must be superscribed in bold letters as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ………”
