Educational Qualification – 10th Pass (Matriculation) or equivalent (proficiency in the relevant trade with 01 year experience is desirable).

Selection Procedure and Exam Pattern

The selection process will consist of various screening tests as finalized by the Board of Officers. Candidates qualified in the screening test will be allowed to appear in Written Exam. The recruitment tests will be conducted at HQ Eastern Command (Adm), Pin – 908542, C/o 99 APO on the date and time as mentioned on acknowledgement card (admit card/ call letter). Final selection of candidates will be based on the merit and will be appointed with All India Service Liability under probation for Two years.

Written Exam: The written exam (10th level) will be of 02 hours duration and will consist of 150 Objective type questions of maximum 150 Marks (01 Mark each) as per the pattern below. Negative marking (0.25 Mark) will be applicable for each wrong answer.

• General Intelligence and Reasoning: 25 Questions (25 Marks)
• Numerical Aptitude: 25 Questions (25 Marks)
• General English: 50 Questions (50 Marks)
• General Awareness: 50 Questions (50 Marks)
