Join Indian Army Recruitment Registration

As per the Agnipath Scheme, candidates want to apply under Agniveer Category will be initially enrolled as Agniveer GD, Clerk/SKT, Technical, Tradesman and WMP in the Indian Army for the service of 04 Years. Later on completion of 04 years of service, based on organisational requirements and policies, 25% Agniveers will be selected in Regular Cadre as Soldier GD, Clerk/ SKT, Technical, Tradesman and WMP (Women Military Police).

Indian Army Bharti Agniveer, Soldier, Havildar and JCO

Indian Army has set to conduct Online CEE and Recruitment rally all over India through the various Army Recruitment Offices (ARO) under ZRO/Zone Lucknow, Jalandhar, Jabalpur, Ambala, Danapur, Jaipur, IRO Delhi, Pune, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Shillong and Kunraghat. The latest recruitment process includes two phases as Phase-1 (Online CEE) and Phase-2 (Recruitment rally).

To participate in the bharti you will have to register yourself on the official website of Join Indian Army (joinindianarmy.nic.in) as a participant or candidate. Thereafter, candidates from a particular district can appear in Online CEE (Phase-1) scheduled to be conducted under the respective ARO/ BRO.

If you’re willing to be enrolled in Indian Army as an Agniveer (GD, Clerk/SKT, Technical, Tradesman and WMP), Soldier (Nursing Assistant and Sepoy Pharma), Havildar (Surveyor Auto Cartographer and Havildar Education), JCO (RT and Catering), Sportsman then follow the steps as explained below with a simple procedure.

Eligibility Criteria (Age and Educational Qualification)

Age Limit:
Agniveer (GD, Clerk/SKT, Technical, Tradesman and Women Military Police) – 17½ Years to 21 Years as on the 01st October of the recruitment year.
Soldier Nursing Assistant/ NA (Vet) – 17½ Years to 23 Years as on the 01st October of the recruitment year.
Sepoy Pharma (Army Medical Corps) – 19 Years to 27 Years as on the 01st October of the recruitment year.
Survey Automated Cartographer (Engineer) – 20 Years to 27 Years as on the 01st October of the recruitment year.
JCO (Religious Teacher) – 25 Years to 34 Years as on the 01st October of the recruitment year.
JCO (Catering) – 21 Years to 27 Years as on the 01st October of the recruitment year.

Educational Qualification:
Agniveer (General Duty) (All Arms) – 10th Pass (Matriculation) with 45% Marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For boards following grading system, minimum of D Grade (33% – 40%) in individual subjects or equivalent of grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate in C2 Grade or equivalent corresponding to 45% in aggregate. Candidates with valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License will be given preference for Driver requirements.

Agniveer (Technical) and Tech (Avn & Amn Examiner) – 12th Pass/ 10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% Marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject. ITI or Diploma holders will also be eligible for Agniveer (Technical) entry. OR

12th Pass/ 10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English from any recognized State/ Central Education Board (incl NIOS) and ITI course of minimum 01 year in required trade with NSQF level 4 or above.

Agniveer Clerk/ SKT (All Arms) – 12th Pass/ 10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% Marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.

Agniveer Tradesmen (10th Pass) (All Arms) – Class 10th simple pass and no stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored in 33% in each subject.

Agniveer Tradesmen (8th Pass) (All Arms) – Class 8th simple pass and no stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored in 33% in each subject.

Agniveer Women Military Police (GD) – 10th Pass (Matric) with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For boards following grading system, D grade (33%-40%) in individual subjects or equivalent of grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate in C2 grade or equivalent corresponding to 45% in aggregate.

Soldier Nursing Assistant/ NA (Vet) – 12th Pass (10+2) in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 50% in aggregate and minimum 40% in each subject.

Sepoy Pharma (Army Medical Corps) – 12th Pass (10+2) or equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, qualified in DPharma with minimum 55% in aggregate and registered with State Pharmacy Council/ Pharmacy Council of India. Individual qualified in BPharma with minimum 50% and registered with State Pharmacy Council/ Pharmacy Council of India are also eligible.

Survey Automated Cartographer (Engineer) – BA/ BSc with Mathematics and 12th Pass (10+2) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as main subject (minimum 50% marks in each of them). OR

BE/ BTech degree in Civil/ Electronic/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Mechanical/ Computer Technology/ Computer Science from any recognized university and should have passed 12th (10+2) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as main subject (minimum 50% marks in each of them).

JCO (Religious Teacher) – As per the JCO RT Recruitment notification.

JCO (Catering) – 12th Pass (10+2) or equivalent qualification and Diploma/ Certificate Course of a duration of 01 year or more in Cookery/ Hotel Management and Catering Tech from a recognized University/ Food Craft Institute. AICTE recognition is not mandatory.

Education Certificate with marks sheet of 10th/ 12th should be achieved by candidate from recognized School/ College/ Board as listed in List of Education Boards. Provisional or online education certificate should be certified ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board. Candidates with matriculation certificate from Open School/ NIOS should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by BEO/ DEO.

Indian Army Bharti Online Registration

Registration process (One Time Registration) is mandatory for all the candidates before applying or submitting online form for the recruitment of Agniveer, Soldier, Havildar, JCO and Officer. Open the page Agniveer Registration or JCO/ OR User Registration or Officer Entry Registration and read all the instructions and then click on Continue button. Fill up the required data in the Registration form as State, Aadhar number, Candidate name, Father & Mother name, Date of birth, Email address and Mobile number.

After filling all the field correctly, click on Submit button. Now you’ll get a One Time Password (OTP) on your E-mail ID/ Mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify your registration form. Thereafter, submit the remaining data in the Registration form as Personal details, Contact details, Educational details and Password. After successful registration, you may access your profile and login using your Username (E-mail ID) and Password.

Data Required for Online Registration

• Detailed mark sheet of Class 10th, and other higher education qualification, required to be filled in the application form as per the eligibility criteria of the category/ entry

How to Submit Online Application Form

For the Agniveer Bharti, online application form will be opened about 30-60 days before the scheduled rally (Check latest rally schedule or notification for the concerned ARO/ District). Visit the page Agniveer User Login and login with your Username (E-mail ID) and Password. Now click on Apply Online button. You’ll get post category option(s) with Apply Online link as per your eligibility.

Click on relevant link to submit online application for a particular category as Agniveer GD, Clerk/SKT, Technical, Tradesman and Women MP. Verify and fill up your personal details, communication details, Educational details & other required details. After submitting online application form you’ll get a Roll number. Take printout of the Roll number for future reference. You will get Admit Card (Call letter) through Email after the closing date of online application.

For the JCO/ OR Bharti (Soldier, Havildar and JCO), you may submit online application after publication of official recruitment notification. To submit online application you may visit the page JCO / OR User Login and login with your Username (E-mail ID) and Password.

While, for Officer Entry Recruitment [NDA & CDS (Notified by UPSC), TES 10+2, NCC Entry, JAG, UES, TGC, SSC Technical, AEC, Territorial Army etc], you may submit online application after publication of official recruitment notification (check the attached link).

Required Documents at Rally Venue

After registration and submission of online form, you are required to report in the Recruitment rally under the concerned ARO/ BRO with the following documents in original along with two/ three attested photocopies of each (check the concerned ARO Rally notification for complete list of documents and prepare all before rally date):

• 08th/ 10th/ 12th/ Higher Education Marks sheet and Certificate.
• Character Certificate (not more than six months old).
• Domicile/ Nativity Certificate issued by authorized Govt official.
• Caste Certificate issued by authorized Govt official.
• Relationship Certificate in case of Son of Serving Soldier / Ex-Servicemen / War Widow issued by SRO / CRO of Record Office with Serial Number, Name and Application of the officer signing the certificate duly affixed with round stamp.
• Sports Certificate (for Outstanding Sportsman).
• NCC Certificate (A/B/C Certificate if any) signed by the Battalion Commander / Group Commander.
• ITI / Computer / Typing Course Certificate (if any).
• 20 Copies of passport size photographs.
• ID proof (Aadhar Card / Pan Card / Bank Passbook etc).
• Affidavit (As enclosed with recruitment notification).

Download Admit Card for CEE and Recruitment Rally

Candidates are required to carry their Admit Card and ID Proof to appear in Online CEE (Phase-1) according to the date, time and place (venue) as given on the Admit Card only. Online Admit Card can be downloaded after the closing date of submission of online application form. Candidates submitted their online application successfully may download their Admit Card for CEE by logging using Username (E-mail ID) & Password and the same will also be sent through registered Email ID.

Candidates shortlisted in CEE are required to carry their Admit Card (for Phase-2) and all the Required Documents to appear in Recruitment rally according to date, time and place (venue) as given on the Admit Card (Call letter). Without a valid Admit card candidates will not be allowed to appear in Online Exam (CEE) and Recruitment rally.

JCO/ OR (Other Rank) Indicates: Soldier Nursing Assistant, Sepoy Pharma, Havildar Survey Automated Cartographer, JCO Religious Teacher, JCO Catering and Havildar Education.
