Relationship certificate holders (son of War Widow/ Widows/ Ex-Servicemen/ Servicemen and own brother of Service/ Ex-Servicemen) can participate in 3 EME Centre Bharti for Agniveer General Duty, Agniveer Technical, Agniveer Office Assistant/ SKT and Agniveer Tradesmen vacancies under Agnipath Scheme.

• Agniveer General Duty (All India All Class): 07th January 2025
• Agniveer Technical (All India All Class): 10th January 2025

Eligibility Criteria (Age and Qualification)

Age Limit – 17½ Years to 21 Years as on 01 October 2024 for all categories (Agniveer GD, Technical, Office Assistant/ SKT and Tradesman).

Educational Qualification:

Agniveer (GD) – 10th Pass (Matriculation) with 45% Marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For boards following grading system, minimum of D Grade (33% – 40%) in individual subjects or equivalent of grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate in C2 Grade or equivalent corresponding to 45% in aggregate.

Agniveer (Technical) – 12th Pass/ 10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% Marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject. ITI or Diploma holders will also be eligible for Agniveer (Technical) entry.

Agniveer Office Assistant/ SKT – 12th Pass/ 10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% Marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing minimum 50% in English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.

Agniveer Tradesmen (Steward, Chef and Washerman) – Class 10th simple pass and no stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored in 33% in each subject.

Agniveer Tradesmen (Housekeeper) – Class 8th simple pass and no stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored in 33% in each subject.

Bharti Notification and Required Documents

Eligible and interested candidates will have to report for the 3 EME Centre Recruitment rally at ‘T’ Junction Gate of 3 EME Centre, Bairagarh, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) at 04 AM along with the following documents in original and 02 additional self-attested photocopies each.

Required Documents:

1. Twenty (20) unattested Passport size Colour Photographs with white background.

2. All Education Certificates/ Marksheets.

3. Affidavit on Domicile/ Nativity and details of previous recruitment rallies attended (Rs 10/- non-judicial stamp paper duly signed by notary along with photograph as per format).

4. Caste Certificate affixed with photograph issued by Tehsildar/ District Magistrate.

5. Religion certificate issued by Tehsildar/ Sub Divisional Magistrate (if religion not mentioned in caste certificate).

6. School Character Certificate issued by Principal/ Headmaster of the College/ School where candidate last studied.

7. Unmarried Certificate issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last 06 months.

8. Relationship Certificate issued by Record Office.

9. NCC Certificate and Sports Certificate (if any).

10. Affidavit regarding Enrollment of Agniveers under Agnipath Scheme on Rs 10/- non judicial stamp paper on prescribed format.

11. Single Bank Account/ PAN Card/ Aadhar Card.

12. Police Character Certificate on prescribed format.

13. Sarpanch/ Nagar Sevak (Residence Proof) on prescribed format.

14. Character cum pre-verification certificate, Unmarried certificate and Family details with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months from the date of issue (on prescribed format).

15. Serving Certificate signed by Adjt/ OC Coy/ OC Unit (for Serving Personal only).

16. Sponsorship Affidavit from individual sponsoring the candidates (Rs 10/- non-judicial stamp paper along with joint photograph duly signed by 1st Class/ Executive/ Judicial Magistrate/ Notary on prescribed format.

17. Correctness of Information provided on prescribed format.

18. Drug Abuse Certificate (Indemnity Bond Cum Undertaking certificate on prescribed format.

19. Discharge, Pension Book/ PPO for Ex-servicemen.

20. Body Tattoo Certificate and Certificate for permanent body tattoo in respect of candidate from tribal Communities (One certificate for each Tattoo duly signed by DC/DM/SDM on prescribed format).

21. Affidavit for change of name/ date of birth/ address etc duly signed by the Executive Magistrate Class One, on prescribed format (if applicable).

22. Affidavit for Non-involvement in Banned Political Organisation and No Criminal Case duly signed by individual and countersigned by Executive Magistrate/ Sub Divisional Magistrate on prescribed format.

23. ITI/ NTC Certificate (if held).

24. Consent Certificate (on prescribed format).

Format for Certificates and Affidavits (as mentioned above) may be obtained from nearest ARO/ ZRO/ Regimental Training Centres/ Army Formation Headquarters/ EME Units/ State Sainik Welfare Offices by giving reference of 3 EME Centre letter on the subject. Same can be obtained directly from 3 EME Centre, Bairagarh, Bhopal.

All certificate, documents and affidavits should be in English or Hindi language. Any document in regional language should be produced along with a duly certified and notarised translated true copy.
